Movie Candy Cookies

With these delicious and fun cookies, you can indulge in the perfect combination of classic chocolate chip cookies and your favorite movie candies.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375F 190C

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined

Fold in the chocolate chips and assorted movie candies

Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving some space between each cookie

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
